Fitter's Tip: This style runs firm in the band, you may have to go up a band size. Make sure you are tipping forward and pulling all of your tissue up and into the top of the cup. Moving all the breast tissue in front of the wire, ensuring the wires are sitting flat against your body between your breasts.
Pro Tip: If you rely on a sports bra to compress you and not encapsulate, then you are experiencing more bounce than you should.
