FITTINGS
Your Bra~vo Experience and professional bra fitting are complimentary with a bra purchase. If you are only interested in our fitting service, you will need to purchase a $15 Fit Card.
The fitting process is a partnership!
We want you to feel comfortable and confident in your new bra! Please make sure to communicate with your fitter about how a bra feels.
OUR SALES POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED IN-STORE:
- 15 days from the date of purchase, you may return or exchange a non-final sale item when all the following conditions are met:
- Unworn, in original shape & condition
- Fragrance & odor free
- All tags originally attached.
- After 15 days, all sales are Final.
When paying by cash, a Company Check will be issued within 14 days of the return.
OUR SALES POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE:
- 30 days from the date of purchase, you may return or exchange a non-final sale item when the following conditions are met:
- Unworn, in original shape & condition
- Fragrance & odor free
- All tags originally attached
Once we receive the item back, we will issue a credit back to the original form of payment.
- After 30 days, all sales are Final.
You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria, will be returned to the customer at their expense.

SPECIAL ORDERS
We go to great efforts to ensure our inventory is well stocked; there are times when we are out of a size or color. We offer a special order option where you may order any size/color available at no additional cost. Please note: Special Orders are ALWAYS: Pre-paid, FINAL SALE, and will approximately take 2-6 weeks for arrival.
SHIPPING
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10. We ship with USPS and offer a Tracking Number when requested. Once the item(s) have been picked up by USPS, Bra~vo intimates is no longer responsible for delivery. Shipping is non-refundable.
CUSTOM SWIMWEAR POLICY
All swimwear purchases are final. However, we’re happy to assist with minor alterations to ensure the best fit. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, and we will do our best to accommodate one round of adjustments.
To avoid any discrepancies and guarantee the best possible fit, we highly recommend booking a fitting appointment. This will allow you to show us your current swimwear, discuss any fit tweaks you’ve experienced, and work closely with one of our skilled Swimwear Stylists to ensure every detail is captured. Our goal is to make sure you’re thrilled with your custom swimwear, and this additional step will help us provide the exact fit and adjustments you need.
Customer Responsibility:
We take great care in crafting each piece to your specifications, but we also ask for your input in helping us get it right. If there are any specific adjustments that were made previously, please share those details with us so we can make sure they are reflected in your new order. Working together, we can create the swimwear that fits your body and your vision perfectly.

We understand that achieving the right fit can make all the difference, which is why we are here to support you every step of the way. However, we know that many women who seek breast balancers may first need to ensure they’re wearing the correct bra size. A properly fitting bra is key to choosing the correct balancer, as wearing the wrong bra size can cause gaping at the top of the cup, leading to frustration and unnecessary returns.
That’s why we encourage every customer to take advantage of our expert virtual or phone consultations. During your consultation, we’ll make sure you’re wearing the right size bra before addressing any breast asymmetry concerns with the correct Evenly balancer size. This process helps reduce shipping products back and forth, giving you the right fit from the start.
Our Return Policy:
- If you choose to schedule a virtual or phone consultation, we’ll charge a $5.00 shipping fee for your first purchase. If a size exchange is needed, we will cover the postage for the first or second exchange.
- For those who choose to shop independently without a consultation, the initial shipping cost will be $10.00. Further shipping fees for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
