Retail Sales Associate – Luxury Intimate Apparel & Swimwear

• Location: Bravo intimates – 4732 S. Rochester Road, Royal Oak, 

• No nights, No Sundays and we close at 2pm on Saturdays! 

• Compensation: $18–$20/pr hr - to start,  commensurate with experience, plus monthly performance-based bonus.

Position Overview:

We’re not looking for someone just starting out in retail or someone who’s used to scanning products and moving on to the next customer. We are not a transaction-based environment. Instead, we’re looking for someone who thrives on connection, personal service, and creating lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate has a background in luxury fashion or cosmetic sales, with at least three years of experience and a proven ability to build client loyalty. This role is for someone who can hit the ground running, confidently engage with clients, and bring polish, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction.

We have an established clientele—you bring the magic. There’s no cold calling here. What we’re after is someone who understands the art of clienteling, who knows that service is personal, and who believes that making a woman feel confident and seen is the best part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, luxury-level one-on-one styling and service

• Build multi-piece looks by offering expert product knowledge and thoughtful suggestions

• Style clients in bras and swimwear with comfort and confidence (we provide all training!)

• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive follow-up and genuine connection

• Support in-store events, promotions, and seasonal launches with enthusiasm and teamwork

Who You Are:

•  3+ years of successful experience in luxury fashion or cosmetic sales

•  A confident, personable communicator who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

• Skilled in clienteling and relationship selling

• Self-assured in a one-on-one service environment (commanding the fitting room)

• Professional, punctual, well groomed, organized, and team-oriented

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs

• Candidates should live within a short, reliable commuting distance to ensure punctuality and support team scheduling needs.

Schedule & Compensation:

•  20-35 hr workweek w/ flex schedules - published monthly - so you can plan your life!

• Store Operating Hours: Tuesday – Friday 10–5:00 , Saturday 10:00–2:00 

• Competitive hourly wage + monthly bonus potential
