Lead Stylist – Fashion Retail Sales Associate
Royal Oak, MI | Full-Time or Part-Time | No Nights + Reduced Weekends
Starting at $17.50/hr + Monthly Bonus Opportunity
We are hiring a Lead Stylist with proven retail sales experience who is ready to take the lead in a client-focused environment. This is NOT a starter role. At Bravo intimates & Custom Swimwear, we change lives by giving women a better relationship with their body—through proper bra fittings and confidence-boosting swimwear.
If you’ve worked the sales floor, built a client book, and know how to deliver high-touch service while closing the sale—this is for you.
Compensation & Perks:
● $17.50 per hour starting pay
● Monthly Sales Bonus: $500–$850/month after 90 days
● Paid time off

What We’re Looking For:
● FASHION RETAIL SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. You have 1-3 years fashion/cosmetic retail sales sucess with references.
● We’re seeking candidates who bring stability, commitment, and a desire to grow. We invest time and training into every new team member, and we’re looking for someone who’s excited to build something long-term with us.
● Ability to work one-on-one in private fitting rooms with professionalism and warmth
● Confidence, maturity, and follow-through
High attention to detail—we’ll train you on fit, but you must love precision
● Passion for supporting women and delivering personalized service
