Role at a Glance:

    • Gain familiarity with the Bra~vo intimates clientele.

    • As the Assistant Manager & the Lead Stylist, most of your time will be working with customers; supporting the team in the fitting rooms; and ensuring each customer receives “The Bra~vo Experience”. 

    • Meeting sales expectations / goals within the company values. 

    • Assist Sales Manager in developing productive team members that will support the Bra~vo Mission.

Job Breakdown:

    • 80% - Present on the shop floor - working alongside the team. Model what excellent customer service, cleint and sales development looks like.

    • 20%- Cliente development, merchandising, inventory control. 

Where service meets style:

    • Work alongside your team ensuring that each customer has the Bra~vo Experience with the Bra~vo Customer Commitments in mind. 

    • As the Assistant Manager, you will learn the store’s clientele to offer a highly personalized fitting experience for each customer and to support each fitter in her customer interaction, providing a more personal customer experience.

    • Support Sales Manager with daily tasks, client follow-up, merchandising & displays.

    Helping Drive Team Success:

      • Offer product buying input based on customer requests and buying habits. 

      • Merchandising sales floor & signage for optimum shopping experience.

    What You'll Bring to the Table: 

      • A proven track record of meeting sales goals.

      • The ability to think outside the box and problem solve. 

      • A high level of customer service and excellent people skills. 

      • The ability to work with a variety of personalities.

      • A professional manner in dress, and communication.

      • A positive in nature, ideas driven. 

    You'll be a great fit if you : (outlined on your resume) 

      • 3+ years of client development in a luxury brand environment / Keyholder position in a specialty store atmosphere with current work references. 

      • Basic computer operation skills and retail math ability.
