Retail Support Specialist
Job Description
As the Retail Support Specialist, all activities in delivering exceptional customer care are in your hands.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of the Front Desk; duties include greeting & directing customers, ringing sales, answering the phone.
- Customer Engagement; duties include contacting customers regarding special orders, requests, referrals & appointments.
- Managing Customer Communication; responding to customer emails & voicemails
- Supply Management; duties include restocking supplies & notifying manager when reordering is necessary.
A successful candidate will have the following:

- A very cheery and bright disposition who loves to engage with people.
- Able to multitask and be highly organized.
- Proper phone and email etiquette.
- Have a high level of customer service and people skills.
- Be professional in manner, dress, and communication.
A successful candidate will have a background that includes:
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or retail experience.
