Retail Support Specialist

Job Description

As the Retail Support Specialist, all activities in delivering exceptional customer care are in your hands.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Management of the Front Desk; duties include greeting & directing customers, ringing sales, answering the phone.
  • Customer Engagement; duties include contacting customers regarding special orders, requests, referrals & appointments.
  • Managing Customer Communication; responding to customer emails & voicemails
  • Supply Management; duties include restocking supplies & notifying manager when reordering is necessary.

  • A very cheery and bright disposition who loves to engage with people.
  • Able to multitask and be highly organized.
  • Proper phone and email etiquette.
  • Have a high level of customer service and people skills. 
  • Be professional in manner, dress, and communication.

A successful candidate will have a background that includes:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience or retail experience.
